I can not find in the current version (Aspose.Word 5.1) the ability to support gradient background for Shape. Could you please advice any way to do this? Or do you have any plan to implement this feature?

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-1697) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 21.11 update also available on NuGet.
