GridWeb component load excel file problem with french culture

Hi,

When loading an Excel file with GridWeb using a culture in which decimal separator is not a dot (for example in french it is a coma), some columns may not appear.

See attached screen shots and demo project to reproduce the case.

The problem is in html generated code : with english culture, for column A, the code is :

56.25pt;" id="GridWeb1_!0C" />

with french culture, the code is :

56,25pt;" id="GridWeb1_!0C" />

I used Aspose.Cells 8.4.0.0
