Thank you for your help @Konstantin.Kornilov . I’ve identified that the roboto font that we were bundling with the service was causing this. I’ve removed those set of fonts and have been able to successfully convert the hebrew document. There may be some further testing I need to do to validate that this works fully etc.
We may need to find a way for roboto to exist in our font source without it breaking hebrew. My teammate has pointed out https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Heebo/about. will keep you posted.
