I want to place the footer only in the last page so I set IsLastPageOnly = true, but in a long PDF document, previous pages have a blank that the footer supposed to be. Data not filled at those. How can I solve this problem.

The footer of a all pages in a section have the same size. Although only footer in the laset page is displayed, other pages will have a blank for the footer. I have planed to solve this problem and it hopes to be soved late this month. Currently please consider if it is possible to put the last page in a single section.
