So, we are concluding that.

we are going to buy a Aspose Total Family .NET Developer OEM version.

From Total family below listed items supporting .net core
Aspose.Words
Aspose.Cells
Aspose.Email
Aspose.PDF
Aspose.Diagram
Aspose.BarCode

and rest of the items are in progress from your side to make it supportable in .net Core.

Once we buy this license we will have SDK files ( probably installation or DLLs ) which we can directly use in our application.
