How can I remove/modify metadata?

Hi Aspose,


I need to change and remove some Exif/metadata from a PDF.
  • Producer
  • Creator
  • Author
  • Modify Date
  • Create Date
  • …
However, Producer and Creator are readonly. How can I remove and modify?

In addition, can you show me the way in Aspose Word/Cell/Slide as well?

Thanks for your inquiry. Please note It is expected behavior and by design Aspose.Pdf API sets Aspose Ltd. as creator and current version of Aspose.Pdf as producer, user can not update these readonly fields.

In reference to Aspose.Word/Cells/Slides related information, we will update you with the details shortly.

Thanks for your feedback. Please note we have same policy for all of Aspose APIs that Producer and creator fields are readonly. Furthermore, you may check following documentation links of Aspose.Words/Cells/Slides to modify related document properties. Hopefully it will help you to accomplish the task.
