How I can access to priority support?

We have pay the licence, however how I can link my account with this licence ?

Thank you for contacting support. I'm not able to notice Priority Support tag with your user name (in the left pane). Please make sure that you are logged in with the same id you / your company have registered for priority support. After successful login with a Priority Support account, you can create a new thread in the Priority Support forum. Also, the Priority Support icon should also be displayed with your profile.

I saw that in the Master Account editor we can add some related Users.

If the master account has Priority support services, does the related users can have the Priority Services ?
