How to automate table cells to contain images

Hi,

I am trying to populate content within an existing table cell. The effect I am trying to achieve is in the attached slide.
Ideally, I would like to have a table within an existing table cell. I believe that is not possible. If that is doable that is great.
So, I created a table in excel and manually copied it and pasted it as a picture into the table cell.

Is it possible to do these steps programatically using aspose instead of manual process. I am open to any other suggestions you may have to achieve the end result in an automated way.
