How to change type of aggregate operation in pivot table

By adding the new pivot table it is automatically created “Sum Of” aggregate operation. Is it possible to change it to “Count Of” or something else, if directly by creation or later ?

I think you may try to use, e.g:
pivotTable.GrandTotalName = “Item Totals”;
pivotTable.DataFields[0].DisplayName = “Count of Sales”;
