How to clone slides from presentation to other presentations (Java)

I am looking to hire a coder who can help me build a jsp that does the following:

  1. Identify the source presentation with many slides
  2. Select specific slides and slide masters to clone
  3. Place cloned slides into new empty presentations
  4. Save new presentations with the cloned slides

Example:
A. I have a presentation with 150 slides
B. I want to create 150 individual presentations (each that have just 1 slide)
