Regarding ODG to PDF conversion, we had already logged an issue with ID WORDSNET-18145. Please follow your other thread for further proceedings.

Regarding ODF to PDF conversion, please ZIP and upload your sample input document (ODF file) here for testing. We will investigate the scenario on our end and provide you more information.
