How to copy Rang to Range with keep Format Style and Formula

I am coding report with gen Column auto flowing data, using Copy range oRangeNew.Copy(SourceRangeOrg) but not keep Format Style and Formula in workbook.
With formula copy has set =#N/A

Help me!
