How to determine header footers location in each page

Hi,



We have a requirement to compare header footers of two documents and determining the locations where difference appears. We tried to compute the characters offsets of run nodes but run nodes are visited in a specific order i.e. header, footer and then body of section. But we want the order to be header, body and then footer of each page, the way it appears in PDF.

Please help us to formulate an approach to achieve our requirement.
