How to determine Image Size placed inside a Text Object as Inline HTML?

Hi,

Can you please provide help regarding how I can determine Image Height & Width of images placed as Inline HTML say using html tags like . Any Properties of Text Object with which we can handle Image sizes of Inline HTML.

Also if an image is placed inside a Table Cell, any properties of cell with which it can Fit to cell automatically.
