Could you please elaborate your requirements a bit more to help us assist you further? You can create events in calendar items of Outlook 365 using the EWS Client of the API. Please have a look at our documentation section, Working with Calendar Items, for your kind reference.

i have pst file which has Birthdays under calendar and i want to import them to Birthdays folder in office 365 account but when i use client.create it shows an exception : a recipient must be specified.
