How to get content with format only from bookmark in the word

I have a demo ,but it get the content that both not in the bookmark and in the book mark .

How can i get content with format only from bookmark in the word

@gxhllj In your code you are extracting whole paragraphs with bookmark start and end. But bookmark start/end can be at any position in the paragraph. To extract content of bookmarks, you can use code provided in the ExtractContentBetweenBookmark example.
