How to get table width from a word document when table autofit is set to content ?

Please ZIP and upload your input Word document (containing the Table you want to calculate width of) here for testing. What is your expected width for this Table? We will then investigate the scenario on our end and provide you more information.

I have gotten the table column width from cell.CellFormat.Width. It works perfectly for cell containing normal text even contains images. But does not work when containing equations. It returns always the wrong width.
