How to make margins on 2-3-4-nth page higher?

We have a multipage report with a header.
We only want the header on the first page.
I changed the header attribute to IsFirstPageOnly=“True”.

Everything works fine except for on pages 2 and on there is a big space where the header SHOULD be because the page top margin is still allowing for the header?

How do I reduce the page top margin on pages 2+?

Thanks,
Edward

Dear Edward,

Thank you for considering Aspose.

The header uses the space of Section.PageInfo.Margin.Top. Each page in a section has the same top margin. So it’s not possible to reduce the page top margin on pages 2+.

Is there some kind of work around for this, perhaps by using two sections without a page break (can this be done as it is possible in Microsoft Word for instance?), so you have a “title page” but only on the first HALF of the first page?

I can imagine this would be a often-sought feature in order to have a “report header” instead of a “page header” – some kind of report title that does not take up the first full page. Will this be implemented in a new version?

Thanks,
Edward

Dear Edward,

Thank you for considering Aspose.

Sections without page break is already available. If you set the IsNewPage property to false, the section will not start a new page.
