It looks like Aspose.Slides does not provide a feature to modify the description properties of PDF output files. I logged the issue with ID SLIDESJAVA-38666 in our tracking system. Our development team will consider implementing this feature. You will be notified when this capability is added.

Please take a look at Aspose.PDF product for your purposes.
