Please use Worksheet.AutoFitRow(s) and Worksheet.AutoFitColumn(s) for your need.
I write a simple example for you:

Worksheet ws = wb.Worksheets["Sheet1"];

cell.SetColumnWidth(0, 35);
cell.SetRowHeight(0,36);
