How to use Submit method for .docx for pdf conversion using Doc Converter 2009

We were using Doc Converter 3.4. We just migrated to Doc Converter 2009.

We programmatically submit word documents for PDF conversion using ASP code. With Doc Converter 2009 the same code works for “doc” however does not work for “docx”.

I tried using watched folder. Watched folder does not have any problem converting both doc and docx.

Can you please tell me how can I programmatically submit docx for conversion using Doc Converter 2009. Please note that we have Office 2007 installed on machine along with ActivePDF Portfolio 2009.

Thanks for your inquiry. Which of Aspose products do you use? If you use Aspose.Words, could you please specify the version? To check version of the library, right click on the dll, select Properties from the context menu, then select Version tab. You will see File version.
Could you please also provide me sample documents and code, which will allow me to reproduce the problem on my side?
