We have tested your HTML file with the latest version 17.6 of Aspose.Pdf for .NET API and managed replicate the problem of missing the barcode image. It has been logged under the ticket ID PDFNET-42966 in our bug tracking system. We will let you know once a significant progress has been made in this regard.
