I’m trying to convert next html file Conditional sentences.zip (44.6 KB) to PDFA using Aspose.Pdf 17.9. There is no ability to convert file because of very long lime conversion. Please help me investigate this issue.
We had already reported another issue with this file, but after the migration to new forum, some links to reported defects were broken and now we can’t check their status. We had error message. ( Value cannot be null ).
If you manage to convert the file, could you please check whether the error persists?

We have noticed the same issue while testing the scenario in our environment, that API was taking so much time to convert HTML file into PDF. However, we have logged a performance issue as PDFNET-43454 in our issue tracking system. Our product team will further investigate the reasons behind this issue and as soon as they share their feedback in this regard, we will inform you. Please be patient and spare us little time.

We would like to share with you that performance-related issues are complex in nature and require a certain amount of time to get resolved. However, we are already in the process to develop new HTML to PDF Conversion Engine and we will surely inform you as soon as an earlier logged ticket is resolved. Please spare us some time.

We have made some certain improvement in the latest version of the API for HTML to PDF conversion. However, we regret to inform that earlier logged ticket is not completely resolved yet. We will surely inform you as soon as we have additional updates in this regard.
