HTML to PDF improper input field placement

Hi, I’m using .NET to convert HTML to PDF.

CSS is being shown as if rendered in IE11
and primarily, when I try to convert HTML containing form elements suck as <input> or <textarea>, those elements are not properly placed when using them with an htmlFragment.

These elements do get properly placed when loading the html file directly into the Document initializer, but we’re currently using fragments to make use of margins.

I’ve attached a project with the code I’m using for a few versions of testing that shows both issues.

Can you please make a recommendation to resolve hopefully both of these issues?

Thanks a lot!
