HTML to Word conversion- negative margin-left style is misinterpreted

Hello,

I convert the following html to Word:
  1. First line
  2. Second line
  3. Third line
  4. Fourth line
  5. In the generated Word document margin is applied in a wrong way: instead of moving all list to the left it moves all items to the right leaving list numbers intact. so that there is a huge gap (40pt) between numbers and list content (see attached docx file)
    Aspose.Words.dll version is 14.1
    Below in my C# code:
    var doc = new Aspose.Words.Document();
    var builder = new Aspose.Words.DocumentBuilder(doc);
    string htmlstr = File.ReadAllText(@“C:\HTMLPage1.htm”);
    builder.InsertHtml(htmlstr);
    doc.Save(@“C:\WORDS_GEN.docx”);
    This issue is very critical for us and we expect a prompt fix
    Thank you,
    Alex
