in the attached document there is a link on the first page on a “regulations”. The only thing kinda weird about this link it that is contains hash tag (#).
If you take the attached document, open it up with aspose.word, save it off to another filename, and then open the document in Word, the link on “regulations” is changed and doesn’t include the domain anymore, just the last part after the hash tag.
there should be no reason that aspose would change links unless I intentially change it via code, so this seems like a bug. This happens with the Dec 2013 release of aspose, so its still a problem with latest version.
can you try and reproduce and let us know if its a bug.
