Hyperlink (URLs) with Unicode text becomes with duplicates characters

Hi Support,
I have inserted some Unicode text with the hyperlink.
I open the pptx document and I save it, the file saved has a part of the text duplicated.
For example: "http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/理查德·尼克松" becomes "http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/理查德·尼克松理查德·尼克松"
I created and attached an example to replicate the problem.
