Can i use ICalendar to create an attachment / email, that when sent via email will create a calendar entry in the recipients outlook calendar ? Can i also use it to create a task?

Aspose.iCalendar is a recurrence engine. It can only calculate occurrence dates of various events given a recurrence pattern. Whatever you do with those dates is entirely up to you and outside of the scope of Aspose.iCalendar.
