IE Browser options disabled when viewing Aspose Word file output

All,

When the results of the Aspose document generation are viewed in IE 6.0, the menu option: Tools|Letters and Mailings|Envelopes and Labels is disabled.

Is this the normal behavior? Is there a way to enable it?

Disregard for now. I don’t have the latest version yet.

Ok, it still happens…

I tried upgrading to 2.2.3 to make sure the following behavior did not happen in the latest version, but it still does…

When I view a Aspose.Word document in IE, many of the Word options are disabled, including: Tools|Letters <st1:PersonName>and</st1:PersonName> Mailings|Envelopes <st1:PersonName>and</st1:PersonName> Labels

Is there anything I can check?

Hi,
The same happens with any Word document opened in IE. Aspose.Word outputs regular Word documents that cannot cause disabling any options.
