Import xdp date into XFA form and set reader extensions

Hi,

we have an xfa formular (Acrobat 1.7) which is designed with Abobe LiveCycle Designer.
The designer is included in Acrobat professional 8.

Is it possible with aspose.pdf.kit for java
- to open the document
- import data (xdp format) into the document
- set the reader extensions for fill in and sign the document
- save the document

The user now have an pdf document which he can fill in, sign and save with the abobe reader 8.1.1.

Until now we have problems if the reader extensions are set in adobe acrobat professional.
If we import xdp-data and save the document, the reader is telling that the document is changed after setting the reader extensions in adobe acrobat professional.
The reason is, that adobe acrobat professional inserting an abobe certificate in the document when you activate the reader extensions.

Maybe aspose.pdf.kit for java can do this.

King regards,

Boris.

Hi,

Thank you for considering Aspose.

I am afraid that import xdp is not supported with Aspose.Pdf.Kit.

Thanks.

Hi,

thanks for the quick response.
The xdp import is not the main problem (it want to be a nice to have).
What’s about setting the reader extensions (fill in and sign)?
It is possible whit aspose.pdf.kit for java?
And if so, can you use after that the adobe reader to fill in data in the xfa form and sign the document.

Boris.

Dear Boris,

Sorry to tell you reader extensions (fill in and sign) is not supported and we can’t support it in short time.
