Incorrect font is used in the PDF output of Excel chart

Hello,

I am using Aspose.Cells v17.9.2 to generate PDF of chart - “Chart 1” in the attached excel file. Incorrect font is used in the PDF output of the chart.

It was working fine in Aspose.Cells v8.9.2. It is a break in the later versions of Aspose.Cells.

Following code is used to generate the output:

Workbook workbook = new Workbook(“test.xlsx”);
WorksheetCollection ws = workbook.getWorksheets();
String worksheetName = “wo cons charts”;
Chart chart = ws.get(worksheetName).getCharts().get(“Chart 1”);
chart.toPdf(“aspose response_17.9.2.pdf”);

Thanks for the template file, sample code, output PDFs and screenshot.

After an initial test, I am able to observe the issue as you mentioned by using his sample code with your template file. I found incorrect font is used for some part of title text in the PDF output of Excel chart.

I have logged a ticket with an id “CELLSJAVA-42422” for your issue. We will look into it soon.

Once we have an update on it, we will let you know here.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as CELLSJAVA-42422) have been fixed in this Aspose.Cells for Java 17.11 update.
