Incorrect Jars!

Please check the below screenshot the latest version should be 22.9, please advise.

I cannot download it directly we using maven, is version 22.4 the latest?
what should be set in maven to get the latest jar? Should I wait until you fix the issue and get 22.9?

Please advise ASAP
