Insert 4 pdf pages into 1 big page

I need to create a big page (say A3) from 4 (A5) pages. The pdf will be printed and cut out to 4.

I have several A5 sized PDF files (different kind of sertificate), I need to put them side by side in an A3 page like
S1 S2
S3 S4
and add some text (name of person o deserve that sertificate) and save that resulted pdf for printing.

How can I achive that?
Adding pages to document create new small pages. How can I place a small page from another pdf to the upper or lower part of another pdf page?

Once the Nup is created, please try updating page dimensions by following instructions specified over Update Page Dimensions.
