When you press the button in the application I have send you, you should get the dialog box offering you to open or save the file Test.doc. Do you get this dialog ?
Yes, I got that dialog.
I clicked save button and saved the file that I sent with my previous message.
Sorry, I cannot help you further. This feature works ok on my side on for may our customers as well. To be able to help you I need to reproduce your problem somehow. Right now I can see no way that this code could produce the empty document. At worst it should produce a document with a red-cross instead of the image.
Also I have noticed that you are using version Aspose.Words 4.2.4. It is not the latest version. You can download the latest version and give it one more try.

I understand you that it is really difficult to solve a problem which works on your side and not on the cumstomer’s. (I hope you to meet the same problem as soon as possible
