Installation of Aspose

I've downloaded the newest version of Aspose Total and when I try to install I get the following message.

The installation Package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor ....

Hi,

Do you use Aspose.Total for .NET or Java? It might be due to bad download, kindly make sure that you have downloaded the lastest the version of Aspose.Total for .NET/Java properly. Could you give us some more details about OS, .NET framework version / JDK version etc.
