Not possible to share code right now, I will try to share exact code.

Currently we are using Aspose.Pdf 5.0.1.0, Can we try to use Aspose.Pdf 8.3.1.0. mey be in that version problem is fixed.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes please download and try latest version of Aspose.Pdf for .NET. Hopefully your issue will be resolved. If issue persist then please share your sample code here. So we will investigate it and will provide you more information accordingly.
