Invalid XLS files generated by Aspose.Cells 7.3.5.0

Hi,

I'm having a common Aspose.Cells problem, it generates invalid XLS files.

I've attached a VS 2010/12 solution that build my testing program and also an excel file that should be loaded by the tool.

(Don't forget to choose "XLS" in the tool for the output format)

Can you have a look as soon as possible since this problem has been reported in our production servers.

Also check that all pivot tables are kept as pivot tables in the output file.

Thanks for the sample file and project.

After an initial test, I can notice the issue by running your project and saving to XLS file format (XLSX format works fine though). I suspect it might be due to some PivotTable styles of your Excel 2007/2010 XLSX that are not supported in Excel 2003 XLS file formats, you may confirm this re-saving the XLSX file to XLS in MS Excel manually. Anyways, we need to look into your issue soon.

I have logged a ticket with an id “CELLSNET-41325” for your issue. Our concerned developer will look into it to figure it out soon.
