Hi Voffka,

Thanks for your interest in Aspose.Slides.

I have worked with the presentation file shared by you using Aspose.Slides for .NET 6.8.0 and have been able to observe the issue specified. An issue with ID SLIDESNET-33838 has been created in our issue tracking system to further investigate and resolve the issue. This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may be automatically notified once the issue will be resolved.

We are sorry for your inconvenience,

Thank you Mudassir for quick investigation! What could be the expected turnaround time?

Hi Voffka,

Actually, the issue has just been created and our development team will schedule it for investigation and resolution based on first come and firs serve basis. Actually, Aspose.Slides forum has normal default priority when resolving the issue. The paid customer support issues are resolved first then issues from Aspose.Slides forum are resolved on the basis first come first serve and complexity basis.

I also like to add further that during next week we are going to release Aspose.Slides for .NET 6.9.0 as well and you may give that a try.

Many Thanks,

The issues you have found earlier (filed as SLIDESNET-33838) have been fixed in this update.
