Is it possible to create a subclass of the fillformat class

Is it possible to create a subclass of the fillformat class in order to fill(color) a shape to a factor of its hieght property like 20% or 50% of its hieght value.

Please assist , i am trying to do this inorder to simulate a plant model to fill the volume of tanks/vessels based on real time data.

I think it’s impossible to do that because I haven’t found how to do it in MS Excel manually.
