I am trying out your API via the trial account and am receiving 500 server errors from the upload URL: http://api.saaspose.com/v1.0/storage/file/[filename.ext]
I am using the example from here: saaspose.com - saaspose Resources and Information.
I am just wondering if your API/service is active and available, and perhaps just running into issues today?

Hi Mark,
Our service is up and running. I have tested your referenced sample and it worked without any issue. From your error code, it looks like App SID is passed instead of App key and App Key is passes instead of App SID. Please make sure correct parameters are passed e.g.
- Enter App SID
- Enter App Key
- Enter complete path to input file e.g. C:\Sample.pptx
- Enter complete path to output file e.g. C:\Output.pdf
- Enter output path e.g. PDF
Please follow these instructions and let us know if it works for you. In case it fails again, please share your sample document, App SID and App Key to reproduce the issue.
