Is there a way to draw with coordinates instead of Page.Paragraph.Add ()?

With Paragraphs.Add (), I must continue to enter Paragraph’s Paragraph to create the content.
Is there a way to draw the desired Rectangle freely to the coordinates I want without doing so?
