I am pleased to share that Aspose.Pdf for .NET supports the capability to search particular text string inside a PDF document and gives you the capability to update/replace it. It also provides the leverage to get the coordinates/position of each occurrence of text inside the document. It also provides the feature to add text and image inside a PDF document so as per per your requirement, first you need to get the location of text inside PDF and then place image before the text.
