When we convert PDF to html. Checkmarks are shifted to up as shown in the screen shot.

I have tested the whole scenario using the PDF document which you have shared and I was able to observe the issue which you have reported. However, I have generated a ticket as PDFJAVA-36682 in our issue tracking system with the input file. We will look into the details of this behavior of the API and keep you posted on the status of its resolution. Please be patient and spare us a little time.
