I have been trying to handle an issue on Aspose.PDF. We have a client who is using 4.1.1, and we're looking at migrating them to a later version, in hopes of improving the processing time.
We are setting up a document where we collect a group of events for a customer, and then we put some customer information in a header section, followed by a multi-column section that contains a paragraph for each event, and in conclusion we put a footer in.
At the beginning of each paragraph for the event data, we are inserting a segment containing a value of "#$UNICODE(9633)". Under 4.1.1, this translates into a box (which is what we want, so that this could be printed and used as a check list). When we got hold of 4.1.2 and tried it, the value rendered as "#$UNICODE(9633)".
Did something change between the two versions?
