Issue related to PDF border is not completely resolved

Hi Team,

As updated in https://forum.aspose.com/t/incorrect-height-reported-and-missing-bottom-border-in-pdf/259739/16 for the new release

We had tried to use the latest version of Aspose.Cells but the issue is still there with some files.
Also, the right border is not consistent, could you please help to check for the same and provide resolution ASAP.

Please find attached sample code and sample files to help you to reproduce this issue.

Thanks,
Rakesh

Would like to update the border uniformity issue is with bottom border as well, not just the right one, so I am suspecting it could be there for all the borders.

Thanks,
Rakesh
