Issues-Conditional Formating not displaying while importing excel to GridWeb

Hi Team,

Conditional Formating not displaying while importing excel to GridWeb.Please provide the sample code as soon as possible.

Our requirement is excel sheet contains conditional formating(Applied color based on the condtaions).we need to display the all conditional formating data's in GrdiWeb.

But excel sheet contaions contains conditaional formating data's(cell color's applied based on condition) .we uploaded excel sheet to GridWeb.Conditaional formating data's are not displaying in GridWeb.

Used Code:

Workbook wb = new Workbook(strFileLatest);

wb.CalculateFormula();

wb.Save(strFileLatest1);

mpmReportGrid.WebWorksheets.ImportExcelFile(strFileLatest1);

Well, I am afraid, reading/writing conditional formatting is not supported by Aspose.Cells.GridWeb control, Aspose.Cells support this feature very well though. But as you need this feature for GridWeb, so, we have logged a ticket with an id “CELLSNET-41370” for your feature request. Once we have any update on it, we will let you know here.

By the way, we might not support the feature in shorter period of time. I mean we may try to support it in steps wise, for example, we may support reading from Excel to GridWeb for most common conditional formatting type for XLS (Excel 97-2003) file format, next, we may go for advanced conditional formatting for Excel 2007/2010 formats e.g XLSX etc. We may later support for writing from GridWeb to Excel. These steps might be changed after we evaluate the feature first. Anyways, we will evaluate and investigate the feature at first then we may share our plans accordingly.

Also, we request you to give your sample file that contains your prioritized conditional formatting that you need to be support. Although we might go for the feature by our way (after analysis) but, it might help a bit.

I am afraid, there is no update on your issue. As we mentioned, since your requested feature (read conditional formatting in GridWeb control) is very complex that surely demands more time to evaluate and then implement the feature, so, we might not support in near future, we may support in future versions though.

Once we have any update on it, we will let you know here immediately.

Still, there is no update on your issue. As your requested feature is more complex, we might not support in near future. Also, we have some other important priority support tasks on hand.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as CELLSNET-41370) have been fixed in this update.
