The uploaded a zip which have ‘datadir’ folder , the datadir folder should be copied to your user home directory.
I havent added the license file intensionally.
Also added standalone program (AsposeWordConversion.java)
Please address the questions in Questions_to_Aspose document. and check why there is a difference in input and output documents after conversion.

Regarding the first issue, we need CiscoSansTT font for further testing. Please ZIP and attach it for testing.
It is more likely expected behavior of Aspose.Words. Please note that Aspose.Words mimics the behavior of MS Word. If you copy the styles from template document into input.docx and apply the body style to paragraphs, you will get the same output.
Regarding second issue, your input document contains the GroupShape instead of table. So, the body style is applied to paragraphs inside Shape nodes and it is expected behavior.
