When we are converting Japanese PPT slide to PNG. Contents are not getting converted as per source file on Linux. Same code is working fine in Windows. We have copied TTF file to ~/.fonts folder. Is it the issue with font installation or are there any known product issues?
We are using 17.4 version of Aspose.Slides.
Same issue is present with saving PPT as PDF. We are using Meiryo UI font
I have observed your comments. Can you please share source presentation, generated result, sample poject, environment details with us so that we may further investigate to help you out. Also please share fonts with us which you are using on your end. But i suggest you to please try to use Aspose.Slides latest version 17.6 on your end before sharing requested files.
