Japanese characters not converted

Hi,

I bought the Aspose Total for Java software licence version 2.2 and due to some issues I downloaded the version 2.3.

We have used Aspose Slide in order to split a presentation to slide collections.

We need to create slide collections with Japanese characters.

If we install japanese character in Windows will the tool convert correctly a ppt written in japanese?

Is it sufficient to install asian characters to solve the problem?

Hello,

Yes, after installing Japanese fonts Aspose.Slides should render presentations properly. There is a problems with JRE 1.4 sometimes but 5.0 and 6.0 work fine.
