@abucreative,

What exact version of Aspose.Words for Java are you currently getting this problem with? Please also post your license file ‘via private message’. In order to send a private message with attachment, please click on my name and find “Message” button.

How to apply Aspose.Words License?

We will then investigate the issue with your license file on our end and provide you more information.

Hi awais,

I am using version: ‘16.12.0’.

The license file has been sennt via private message.

@abucreative,

It is to inform you that we have received your license file and your “Aspose.Words.Java.lic” works fine on our end when testing it with the latest (20.9) version of Aspose.Words for Java.

The Subscription Expiry Date of this license indicates that it is valid until 10th January, 2022. We have introduced many new features, enhancements and implemented many bug fixes during 16.12.0 to 20.9 transition. So, we strongly recommend that you please upgrade to the latest version of Aspose.Words for Java API.

If for any reason you still want to use old version of Aspose.Words for Java API, then please continue using your old license file. And use latest license file with the latest version.

Hi,
We have purchased Aspose.Words.java license and we are getting Signature Exception. Please help to resolve this issue.

@shijic Most likely you are trying to use new license with old version of Aspose.Words. The licensing mechanism has been improved since 17.10.0 version. So the new licenses might not work with old versions of Aspose.Words. You should use your old license with the old version of Aspose.Words and new license with the new version.
